Ledger of the Cosmopolitan by BCcreativity Ledger of the Cosmopolitan by BCcreativity
A new creation with a design reminiscent of the turn of the century. For the wealthy travelers of the early 1900's, a ledger such as this would have been familiar indeed, for the finest of the first class were logged into the most private of ledgers.

6x9 deep red leather journal with white drawing paper & natural parchment paper for the text block.
Hand sewn headbands, handmade marbled paper end sheets, and decorated with a ribbon tassel anchored book mark. Fitted with filigree, hand painted gold accents and tooled for a finished touch.
The spine has leather piecing for naming which is trimmed with gold and buffed to a low sheen.

Thanks. I am trying to adhere to themes. I want the journals to have that little bit of something that makes them more than just a journal on a shelf. I have a new one coming out soon. It will be a bit over the top.
Cheers

Thanks. Some of the filigree are nailed through and others are glued.
The next creation will be one to see. Stay tuned
